Applying a Hybrid MCDM Model to Evaluate Green Supply Chain Management Practices

The COVID-19 pandemic has prompted global supply chain managers to reassess their operations. Developing a green requires successfully integrating environmental responsibility principles and benchmarks into management practices. In the past, there have been few studies on most effective strategies for reducing impact of chains improving sustainability. This study used decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method construct structural model system (GSCM) evaluate interdependent relationships among dimensions criteria. A GSCM was created after using DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP) convert indicators factors degrees importance. explores obstacles challenges that organizations face when implementing practices how these can be overcome. results found organizational changes had significant impact, given they would also improve other three dimensions.
